Iowa Foundation for Agricultural Advancement Continues Commitment to Youth

For Release July 2, 2020
Greenfield, IA – Despite the cancellation of the 2020 Iowa State Fair, the Iowa Foundation for Agricultural Advancement (IFAA) will continue its commitment to Iowa 4-H and FFA youth. This year, the Foundation will present Winner’s Circle awards to support the champion and reserve champion animals in the Special Edition Shows.
“With the cancellation of the Iowa State Fair and our Sale of Champions, normally held at the end of the Fair, we wanted a way to support these youth who worked so hard on their livestock and poultry projects,” stated Mike Doran, IFAA Sale Manager and Director. “The generosity of our corporate donors made this awards program possible.”
IFAA will also continue their generous scholarship program with a recognition event later this fall. Over $100,000 is being awarded to nearly 100 youth attending a two or four year college this fall.
